We invite you to come and stay with us in  one of our four or three day retreat in Malaga, Andalucia, Spain.

The Retreat is located in Benalmadena Pueblo, a pretty village with the most spectacular views of the area, the mountains and the sea.

The international Malaga airport is less than thirty minutes and the beautiful  beach from La Costa del Sol is ten minutes by car from the Retreat.

After the days you stay at the Retreat you will feel rejuvenated, healthier and stronger. Since we live in the area, we will take care of everything so that you can feel safe and relaxed whilst enjoying this special yoga retreat and holiday.

This is the Retreat for You if you are looking for a Yoga Holiday  close to the Beach, the Mountain and with groups of maximum 8 participants. Also with plenty of free time for yourself discover the real paradise: Peace and Happiness within yourself.

At  Yoga Retreats Malaga, you move at your own pace, so no pressure of following an schedule to enjoy the extra activities and excursions:
♥-Visit of the little charming Village of Benalmadena Pueblo
♥-Visit of the biggest western Budhist Stupa.(optional)
♥-Visit to the Beach ( you can walk there in 40 minutes or share a Taxi , the cost is €10,00)
♥-Hiking to the area known as El Quejigal, with its amazing natural areas, birds and eagles (optional)

The program includes  sitting-guided meditation and two yoga sessions (a more dynamic one in the morning and some restorative postures in the afternoon) as well as special breathing techniques.
The yoga classes are  specially designed for all levels; beginners, and with more experience.
The meals will be prepared by our vegetarian chef with all fresh  natural products.
During the retreat we will offer you plenty of fruit, mineral water and splendid herbal teas that will help you to relax and keep healthy. Whatever experience you have or have not with yoga, you will benefit from our program. Without any pressure or targets we will guide you through the classes!

The yoga we offer is  ashtanga vinyasa yoga,  and yin yoga classes, that suits for everyone. The yoga sessions are specially designed for all levels, totally new to yoga, or with many years of experience in the yoga practice. Our yoga classes in the morning are inspired by ashtanga yoga tradition, and we adapt it to each person, giving individual attention. We will motivate you to find your own yoga practice, challenging yourself in a safe way, always listening to the needs of your body. After any of our yoga retreats you will detox your body and your mind obtaining the benefits of healthy food, meditation, and yoga. Your body will be more flexible, you will feel lighter, and your mind will be more calm, reflecting that peace from your heart on your face.
You will develop more concentration and strengthen the will power.
You will also learn different meditation and breathing techniques during the Yoga Retreat so you can apply the when you are back at home or at work. You will realize that in 5 minutes with the correct breathing and mindfulness you will feel renew, energized, and with more clarity to continue with your normal activities in this process of  life and all connected to you.

Your Retreat Program:
First Day Arrival to the Retreat: 2:00 pm
Final Day Departure from the Retreat : 12:00 pm
8:00 am Start your day with a self-served cup of herbal tea or coffee.
08:45 am Guided Meditation , Yoga (ashtanga inspired) and relaxation.
10:00 am Breakfast
11:30 am Time to relax, or get a massage or discover one of the many extra activities.
2:00 pm Lunch
3:00 pm Free time , hiking , going to the beach, or others extra optional activities.
5:30 pm Afternoon Gentle Yoga class
7:00 pm Dinner
Pick up time is 1:00 pm . You can also arrive later, and come to the retreat by one of the many taxis from the airport, It is very safe and the cost is aprox €30

During the Retreat you do not have to come to all the classes, but of course we love to have you in the group.
