Have you notice your breath when you are tired? It is short, it feels like there is not more air to breath. Every action has a reaction, in this case because you are tired you are breathless or should i say because your breath is not smooth and deep you become tired?
In the same way imagine using the breath to make you feel with more energy, less tired, and more relax.
In our meditation yoga and digital detox retreats in Spain, we will teach you some techniques to keep your ability to breath easy and normal.
With meditation we will keep our attention with no interruption with focus in our breath, and in this way you will become more aware of your reactions to daily situations in life.
For example, Imagine you are on your way to go to the airport to come to our retreat, then while you are in the train, there is small problem that will make you arrive a bit later of what you expected. How do you react? With stress, getting blockages on your body? We hope you learn how to manage this and other stress situations keeping calm using your breath, and your observation to yourself, and recognizing that there is not much you can do, about the situation itself, but there is a lot that you can do to keep yourself calm, and relax trusting that you will be on time to take the airplane and that we will be waiting for you at the airport of Malaga with our best smile to welcome you in Spain!
