Treat yourself with 3 days of Yoga Retreat in Malaga, Spain.
All busy people need time to relax, and 3 days of your life can make a big difference to invigorate your daily routine.
In this 3 days you will get a break of your active life while practicing yoga, meditation, enjoying delicious vegetarian or vegan meals, in a picturesque town  of Benalmadena Pueblo.
The Retreat is located less than half an hour from Malaga International airport, so you can take a flight on Tuesday morning and be ready for the pick up at 13:00 .
From 14:00 you will be already enjoying the new setting , your spacious room, and the welcome gift with a light but super tasty lunch.
After you will have time to rest by the swimming pool, before your first yoga session.
At 19:00 you will be more than happy when discovering the vegan dishes, specially created for you, with Spanish ingredients and made with a lot of care.
The first night you can decide to stay in your room,  to visit the village or the Stupa of Benalmadena.
The second day will start with a short meditation and an active yoga session.
After you will have your breakfast and free time for a massage, or another welllness treatment.
Lunch will be at 14:00 and if you decide to escape to the beach, we will provide you with a lunch box, so you can continue with your healthy eating.
At 17:00 will be the afternoon restorative yoga,  followed by another inviting dinner.
The third day will be as the second day, until noon, when you will be taken to the airport.

The mid-week retreats at Yoga Retreats Malaga, are from Tuesday to Thursday, and you can extend it to Friday joining the 3 nights Retreat.
