3 Days Malaga Yoga Retreat

If you are trying to start the practice of yoga, or if you want to experience how is to be in a yoga Retreat, with international group of mixed people,
experiencing some dynamic yoga, but without asking you to do super difficult poses: You are in the right place!

All you have to do, is book a ticket to Malaga airport. ( Ryanair, Vueling, Transavia, Easyjet, and many other airlines come here for good prices!)

Bring small bag, only with some confy clothes, flipflops, sunglasses and a good sweater…Yes, sorry in the evenings can be a bit chilly! and the rest we will take care!

From the moment you arrive to the airport (please consider to book a flight before 1:00 pm on Wednesday 15th, and to live any time after noon on Friday 17th May) all you have to do is be aware how to use every breath, to give permission to relax, explore your body in new poses and to take the choice to enjoy and be present every moment.

In resume you will have 2 ashtanga yoga classes , 2 restorative yoga sessions, 4 vegan meals, (breakfast and dinner) plenty of fruits, free wifi.

Summer Is Over but Not in Yoga Retreats Malaga!

Everybody is back to normal activities, summer is over hear you all the time, and you notice how the weather start to change in many European countries becoming colder and rainy.
But here in La Costa del Sol, we can extend the summer a bit longer.
Next week we will have a 4 days Yoga Retreat, starting the 25th of September, and this is our favorite time of the year to host a retreat here in Benalmadena, in the province of Malaga, Spain.
The weather is still warm, but not as in July and August , the sun is shining every day, the streets are not so busy as in the summer days, and you can feel the energy more quiet around the village of Benalmadena Pueblo.

Now in September you can extend your summer days, How?

Joining a Yoga Retreat in Malaga! In 4 days you will have time to practice yoga and meditation, or simply if you have never have done it before, starting with a new healthy life style adding yoga and meditation to your daily routine.
Plus experiencing how your body and mind will change eating healthy and delicious vegan meals!
Our groups are small, and you will have plenty of time to reconnect with yourself, check the goals before the year is finish, and get a fresh energy for the last part of 2018.

Sabemos que el Yoga esta causando furor entre los artistas, deportistas, modelos, y personas de todas las edades.
Cada vez vemos mas posturas de Yoga asociadas a comerciales de televisión, con comidas saludable, o con cualquier otra temática.
Y nos imaginamos que nunca podremos llegar a hacer esas poses de yoga que parecen tan difíciles y que en algunos casos lo son.
Pero el verdadero propósito de la practica de Yoga, no es hacer el pino, pararnos de manos o hacer torsiones. La practica de Yoga es una ciencia milenaria que viene de la India, y que abarca el cuerpo, la mente y el espíritu, y que tiene como fin que aprendamos a conocernos mejor y a vivir en armonía con nosotros mismos y con el medio ambiente.
Para cada persona es diferente, por eso lo importante es comenzar a practicar y experimentar por si mismo los cambios sutiles que se suceden con la practica del yoga.

Quizás la idea de inscribirnos en un estudio de Yoga, nos intimida, o no tenemos el tiempo para hacerlo.
En esos casos, lo ideal es hacer una escapada de Yoga, en la que en tendrás oportunidad de descubrir la practica del yoga, y como una buena alimentación vegetariana o vegana te hará sentir mas saludable, feliz y en paz contigo misma.
Si aun piensas que una escapada de 3 o 4 días de yoga es mucho para ti, pues hemos creado medio día de yoga, para que tengas la oportunidad de practicar en un ambiente hermoso, al aire libre en Benalmadena Pueblo, con un grupo de máximo 10 personas, por lo que recibirás atención detallada, y personalizada para que empieces o profundices con tu practica de yoga.

Después de la clase disfrutaras de un super desayuno nutritivo, con frutas, batidos, patés veganos, panes con y sin gluten, y otras delicias.
