Yoga Retreats Malaga is happy to announce the dates for next year. We have prepared for 2017 an exciting new programs that is sure to make you want to come back for more.
In the morning we will practice Ashtanga yoga to begin the day. This will give you the energies you to continue through the day activities. Also, this will help you cultivate the habit to exercise your body in the morning, while creating a connection with your soul and mind.
In the afternoon we will practice Ying yoga, which is perfect for entering a relaxed and calm state of mind. This is the best way to end a day of adventures and to prepare yourself for a night of rest.
Yoga Retreats Malaga prides itself for having great vegetarian/vegan food. We also buy all our ingredients from the local markets in the area. So our food always tastes fresh, and keeps you healthy. The food is prepared with great care so that it is not only fresh but also very tasty.
Also, we make one special dinner every retreat cooked by guest chef from Japan, where we get to sample some delicious vegetarian sushi rolls (no fish) and other dishes made by the guest chef.
Besides doing yoga and eating great food, we will also explore different spiritual ideas with a Dharma talk, Kirtan singing, and chanting Mantras. So you will also have the opportunity to explore other aspects of yoga.
Yoga Retreats Malaga is right in the middle of Costa Del Sol, so there are plenty of things to explore. We are right next to Tibetan Temple Of Benalmadena, which is a must go during the retreat. Of course, you can also go to the beach, or go hiking in the mountains. The choice is yours. Whatever the choice you make we are always there to help you with any questions you may have.
