Fur jedem etwas zu tun in das schone Malaga, im den province Andalucien.
Wir haben der Yoga ferien- retreats for 4 oder 5 tagen im einem sehr schone umgebung, ins dorf Benalmdena-Pueblo.
Jeden morgen und abend eine Yoga klasse und im morgens auch meditationen. Alles for beginner or the mehr experienced leute.
Das ferien haus ist sehr schon mit einem pool und grossem garten, und auch fernsehgesichten nachs meer und die bergen.
Sie konnen hier richtig entspannen beim pool or im garten, das dorf ist 3 minuten laufen und hat viel zu tun, es ist ein typischen Andalucien dorf mit weisse strassen und grobartig atmosfere.
Das essen ist naturlich und gesund, und organisch von die bauern im die umgebung.

November 7th, 5 Days Yoga Retreat in Spain

It is your opportunity to disconnect from the cold rainy days and join us in La Costa del Sol, for 5 days Yoga Retreat.
Weather in Benalmadena  is normally about 15 to 20 degrees .  Cooler at night. Its the winter after all !!! So bring a nice jumper or hoodie and a shawl  to do your yoga practice.  But do not worry too much, we will take care providing you of extra blankets, and you will get sunny enough from time to time to sit by the pool in the sun in the middle of the day or to go to the beach!

While practicing yoga you will enjoy delicious meals, and on your free time you can do many of the extra activities or simply go for a walk on the nearby village or go for  the seafront promenade . For sure you will have a fantastic holiday in la Costa del Sol.

Four morning meditation sessions
Four morning yoga practices composed of ashtanga yoga, and vinyasa flow.
Four afternoon yoga sessions, including yin yoga, hatha yoga, and Tibetans yoga.
Daily smoothies, tea, mineral water, and plenty of fresh fruits.
Light self served breakfast, brunch and dinner, all vegetarian/vegan and tasty!
Free Yoga Mats.
Transfers to and from the airport

Pick up time is 1:00 pm . You can also arrive later, and come to the retreat by one of the many taxis from the airport, It is very safe and the cost is aprox €25.

We human beings have the tendency to always want to have more, and you see this often in the Yoga practice.

This is the same when it comes to Asanas, when we start practicing yoga we discover few new poses that make an impact the way we move our body, but after some yoga classes we want to do more and more poses.

The ego plays a big role in this, you see others doing new asanas (poses) and you also want to try, even though the body and the mind are not ready for this new postures.

In that way, you can injure yourself if you go too fast in the practice, or you can become too tired and disappointed with your self, so being patient is one of the most important lessons in yoga.

What is important when you practice yoga is that you realize that you can deepen your practice by repeating the same asanas everyday and experiencing the different feelings and sensations in your mind and in your body. By becoming aware of your breath while being in the posture and observing the smallest changes that happen to you, since not one day is the same as the other.

So concentrate on what you have learned, and try to go deeper, with the help of your breath, do your own practice, get the guidance of a qualified yoga teacher, and always remember that when it comes to asanas, less can be more.
In Yoga Retreats Malaga, We will guide you through a different sequences of yoga poses according of your level incorporating mindful movements and breathing awareness to bring balance to your entire being.

Yoga is not only a physical exercise but also a mental practice, and how you approach your life outside the mat is what matters at the end.
Be patient with your Yoga practice, it is there to help you becoming stronger physically and mentally. Take your time and do not push yourself too much, practice, practice, practice and all is coming.
