We invite you to come and stay with us in our four days of yoga and meditation retreat in Benalmadena, Spain , where you will feel rejuvenated, healthier and stronger.
This Retreat is the ideal way to start your yoga practice, and your meditation session.
It is an excellent Retreat for beginners completely new to yoga, new to Ashtanga Yoga, or for anyone looking to expand the fundamentals or improve the yoga practice.
The program is all inclusive, and involves sitting guided meditation, two yoga sessions (ashtanga vinyasa yoga in the morning and some restorative postures in the afternoon) as well as special breathing techniques ,all the vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch and supper), unlimited herbal tea and water, healthy snacks, and transport from and to the airport .
You will feel a deeper connection inside your body and mind and develop more self awareness and self realization. You will get a better control of your breath, that will help you to keep your mind quiet and calm.
If you have experience or no experience at all with yoga and meditation , you will benefit from our program. Without any pressure or targets we will guide you through the classes!
The daily schedule for the ashtanga yoga and meditation retreat will be:

17:00 Evening Meditation and First Yoga class

Second and Third day
8:45 Rise and Shine with Guided Sitting meditation
9:00 Energize and challenge yourself with a Morning Yoga, ashtanga vinyasa.
10.15 Enjoy a delicious breakfast
12:00 Nurture yourself in your free time simply relaxing or discovering many of the extra activities the retreat offers.
14:00 Light delicious vegan lunch
17:00 Restore yourself with some slow-pace movements in the evening Yoga, with Yin Yoga and some restorative poses. Meditation.
19:00 Taste to the full the Vegetarian/Vegan dinner!
8:45 Sitting meditation
9:00 Morning yoga, ashtanga vinyasa inspired
12:00 Time to leave.

The Yoga we offer is Ashtanga Yoga and Yin Yoga. The classes are designed for everyone.
In addition we will give you guided Meditation, Philosophy and Pranayama classes (on request).
Massages can be booked upon arrival or during your stay.

I have just arrived home after my stay with yogaretreatsmalaga.
And what an great experience.
I loved everything about it, the place was super nice.
Big beautiful garden, where you could relax with a book by the pool during the day and where the evening yoga classes were held.
And nothing beat the view over the garden when the sun is rising during the morning yoga.
I loved everything about my stay, but I will just mention some highlights.
Migui warm welcome, and great the conversations. She has so much positive vibes, and is a great yoga teacher.
Eric`s cooking! Everything he made tasted fantastic(I normally eat meat/fish, but didn’t miss that one second during my stay).
There were always enough food, and also fruit and tea(coffee) available during the day.
The yoga! Both the calm evening classes, and the morning ashtanga classes were really good.
It was my first (proper) class with ashtanga so I didn’t know what to expect, but the class with Nico was superb and he made one and an half hour go by so quick.
He challenged us and corrected us during the class, and also modified when some of us needed that.
Nico is such a fun person with so much energy, he gave me some really good belly laughs. And I loved the guitar
playing(after the yoga class).
Would highly recommend this place, and I would love to come back.
