Energetic Yoga Retreat on March 15-18, 2016

Join Migui & Erik  from March 15-18, 2016 for an energetic Yoga Retreat 20 minutes from the airport of Malaga!

Daily inspirational yoga classes + daily meditation + 3 nights accommodation + 3  vegetarian meals per day + superfood eating and recharging!

What can you expect your days to be like during our 4 days energetic Yoga Retreat in Malaga, Spain:
Day 1-
– 1:00 pm Pick up at the airport
– 2:00pm Arrival time
– 2:30 pm Light fresh vegetarian lunch
– 3:30 pm Leisure time
– 5:00pm Evening Yoga class , opening circle.
– 7:00pm Delicious Vegetarian buffet dinner
Day 2,3
– 7:30 am: Wake up and have a cup of tea in the Main House. Get the new energy from the sunrise, and the fantastic views from the sea.
– 8:45 am: Meet in the main terrace overlooking the garden and the ocean. We will guide you through a light meditation session before having our ashtanga vinyasa yoga class.
– 9:00 am: Begin our yoga (asana) practice. This 75 minute practice will learn the sun salutations, all of the standing poses from the 1st serie of ashtanga yoga, intermedia series and some siting asanas. We will finish with a long relaxation to renew your energy.
– 10:15 am: We’ll walk to breakfast together and enjoy the delicious buffet of all fresh fruits and smoothies, with Greek yogurt, and different breads also gluten free.Time to chat with your with new retreat friends and prepare for any of the extra activities for the day!
– 2:00 pm We will meet altogether in the garden to enjoy our vegetarian buffet lunch.
-3.00 pm Time for a siesta or a massage, or to lay under the sun, or going to the village of Benalmadena Pueblo or for a walk on the beach.
-5:00 pm Yoga class based in Hatha Yoga, Tibetans Yoga and Yin Yoga. We will have the class on the grass overlooking the blue sky.
– Just before dinner : Two afternoons you can deepen your yoga experience by joining dharma talking sessions or chanting sessions led by Miguidet . We’ll end in a restorative poses and the yogic sleep know as yoga nidra.
-7:00 pm We will meet to enjoy our vegetarian buffet dinner.
Day 4
8:45 am Sitting guided meditation
9:00 am morning yoga, ashtanga vinyasa
10:45 am Vegetarian Brunch
12:00 Transport to the airport
